3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once cooking begins.
- Cancellation before acceptance is allowed.
- Refund for prepaid cancellations (if accepted) will be processed in 3–5 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Severe delivery delay (beyond 90 minutes)
- Payment deducted but order not received
3. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Taste mismatch
- Incorrect instructions by the customer
- Delay caused by customer unavailability
- Partial or full consumption of food
4. Bulk / Party Orders
Advance amounts for large orders are non-refundable after preparation starts.

We currently deliver to selected areas across Hyderabad, based on availability.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Preparation time: 20 to 40 minutes
- Delivery time: 20 to 60 minutes depending on distance
- Peak hours and weekends may cause delays
3. Delivery Charges
Charges will vary based on distance and order size.
4. Failed Delivery
A delivery is considered failed when:
- Customer is unreachable
- Wrong address is provided
- No one is available to receive the food
No refund is provided in failed deliveries.
5. Free Delivery
Free Delivery For Orders Of ₹1000 or More Within a 3 km Radius.
